Available in English. Contains extensive information about the situation on the ground. There are a number of search options. From the homepage: a) News about the organisation and the countries in which it is involved; b) the resources section features field blogs written by people working on the ground. The MSF Sites drop-down menu contains: a) links to the MSF pages in different countries (in the local language); b) information about campaigns, some dealing with sexual violence, and sexual and reproductive health; c) a field research search engine.

Gender Links for Equality and Justice

Available in English, French and Portuguese. The advanced search tool allows you to search by keyword, date, category, country or theme. Publications focus on gender, and the participation of women in different countries in Africa.

Internacional Center for Research on Wom...

Available in English. The ICRW has an online publications library which includes reports, policy briefs, toolkits, and position papers. The search feature allows to search by title keyword, subject, publication type and year. The centre publishes its own reports and collaborates with other organisations focusing on the situation of women. Among the many subjects are violence against women and child marriage.

Humanium

Available in English, French, Spanish and German. The website has a general search engine. The Convention & Texts section offers extensive information on international legislation related to children’s rights. There is also a Topics section addressing such issues as exploitation, violence and discrimination. One of the subtopics under Discrimination is Girls’ rights.

Humanas Colombia

Available in Spanish. On the right-hand sidebar is a list of all of the issues the organisation deals with. Click on each issue for a drop-down menu with more options to related publications. Topics include migrant women and sexual violence.

Human Rights First

Available in English. A general site search engine allows you to enter the terms you wish to search for. The organisation’s work can be found under the Campaigns menu and the Topics menu. The list of Topics includes Egypt, Xenophobia, Guantanamo, Human rights defenders, Technology, Due Process, Refugee protection (includes specific information for persons seeking asylum due to sexual orientation and gender identity), Retired military leaders, Syria, torture and LGBT. The organisation publishes an annual report.
